When is garbage pickup?- Garbage is picked up on Tuesdays and Fridays, excluding regular holidays. You
can read about more specifics here.

How often can I request my gutters be cleaned? - Gutter cleaning can be requested twice a year through
a workorder.

How often is the exterior of my home painted? - Painting is scheduled on a 7 year rotation with the
new paint. The paint schedule is available here..

How often does the landscape crew come to Hudson Forest? - The landscaping crew comes once a week to
work in common areas. We also have a fulltime gardener 5 days a week that works the common areas on a
rotating schedule. They may also be scheduled at certain other times as necessary.

How do I gain access through the resident gate? - Currently the best method for authorized access.
We can program your EZ tag. Leave your EZ tag number with the Access Officer or email to the Access
Officers at hudsonforestaccess@gmail.com or text to 346-833-1846. Also t
he landline number is 713-784-9800.
Can I allow easy access for regular visitors such as family members or housekeepers? - Yes, let the
Access Officers know at least 15 to 30 minutes ahead of the expected time, the full name of the persons
you want to grant easy access and they will make an entry into the Excel spreadsheet in the Gate House.
They will not call your house, rather they will permit entry immediately.

How can I contact the Access Control Gate House? - The Access Control gate house officers have 2 phone
lines, one is a landline and the other a cell phone.
The landline number is 713-784-9800. The cell
number is 346-833-1846. You can text the cell number. 
How can I insure the Access Officers have my correct information? - The Access Control officers keep
a document at the Access Control House. You should leave and update your contact information with the officers.
They can call or text you, whatever your preference is. You can also leave names and numbers of emergency
contacts if you wish.

What about package deliveries? - Packages are delivered directly to homes. This includes food and medicine deliveries.
You should have your packages delivered to your address as the primary option. Make sure the carrier has that information.
Amazon, UPS, FedEx etc. should adhere to the notes you make at the time of ordering.
